Default Sirius - updating channels

The last 3 or 4 days my radio has stopped after the truck has been running for about 5 minutes and displayed "Updating Channels" on the reciever for 30 seconds or so and then the radio comes back on. I've never seen that message before and it seems odd that it has done it every morning for the last few days. My free subscription isn't up until the middle of May

Anyone else seeing this?

Whew........ Glad to know it's not just my truck now. Just bought my 2010 a week and a half ago and it also started doing it a couple of days ago. At first I was thinking "great, truck is brand new and something is already wrong with it." lol

I did just find a press release that they added MSNBC as a station, so maybe its got to do with that.

And, like other "Updating Channels" sessions, did you lose all your Sat Radio Presets ??
I haven't been out to my truck, but that happened last time (and time before). It's become somewhat frustrating to have to redo all the Presets because Sirius had decided to jockey channels around...

Mess NBC moved to Sirius now? Guess they're trying to salvage their ever shrinking audience. Anyway, I'll be sure to add that new channel to the ignore list.

Good I hope it was just sirius adding a new channel that was making it cut out like that. I was starting to get quite annoyed and it always seemed to be during a song that I liked.
