Everything seems good so far i like the reviews and that there is no bad ones. I didn't know about the dual climate control option that's a must for me when riding with my woman. Just did some reading and i guess that's been an option since 08 heh where have i been.
I have a friend who test drove one because hes looking to trade his titan for one, he said he wasn't impressed with the power. He claims it was a Hemi but i say it couldn't have been. He's not anti dodge he owned a rumble bee before the titan and loved it. I guess its one of those thing's where i will have to see for myself, but that scared me a bit.

Its kind of nice my fiance the other night had her side blasting heat on her feet while my side was venting cool air.

I enjoy the dual zone climate control because it has the auto temp setting. I ussually keep it synced (both sides the same) and leave it on auto hot/cold and auto air direction. I just choose what temp I want it to be and forget about it.

ya that is awsome and a MUST for me. I just moved to Florida a year ago from Maine and still not used to the Hotter weather during the summer time, its ridiculous. So i have to have the the A/C ice cold alll the time while my girlfriend wears a coat lol

Does anyone have new 2500? I've always wanted one with a big bad Cummins. I know this isn't the forum for those but i thought i would ask..

I love mine as well, it has amazing pep when I need it. I'm tempted on buying a Cortex programmer, I'm gonna wait about a year till everything is tightened up, then I'm sure I'll have a need for more speed lol lol.

I got my 2010 in December and I could not be happier with it- I still find myself saying "I love this truck!" pretty much daily. Went on a road trip over the weekend and the Hemi is friggin awesome- it was nothing to just burn past people; hit the gas and you're at 160k/hr likethat. Sounds beautiful when you romp on the gas too- muscle truck.
I wouldn't trade mine for the world.

If you have several dealers, this is something you can do, in the morning when they first open there are always people waiting for their vehicles to get work done. Go over to them and ask them how the service is here for items like warranty work etc. If you get mostly people saying its okay, and one guy ranting then...you know what I mean. Also go talk to the service people see if they give you the time of day or do they type on their computer while you talk to them unless of course you are giving them info. Then you have to take on a salesperson. Don't let them bully you, you will get the deal you want unless it is unreasonable. You missed March truck month though. I would wait I can see 0 percent coming again soon. JMHO.

BTW I love my truck, no problems yet except from the selling dealer which lost my service business. No issues so far with the truck. One year old 9000 km's. 09 Sport CC, Hemi of course and 4x4, was upset that i didn't get the 392 with LSD but now that my rear tires don't need replaceing every 6 months I am happy. LOL

Anyone have friends with a newer Tundra? I never thought I'd consider a Toyota for a truck but I like the looks.
I drove my 1500 home in May 2009. I loved it then and the more I drive it the better it gets. It handles great and the smooth ride is better than many (most) luxury cars. The interior design is the best; great dashboard layout, very comfortable and tons of room for everybody. It has more power than I'll ever need; I tow a travel trailer and don't even know it's back there (Hemi; 3:92). And it never fails to attract at least a few looks at every campground I visit.

I can go on and on ... the bottom line is I can't imagine how anyone could purchase any of the other brands after driving a new generation Dodge 1500. The key is to order it with all the options you want - and even the ones you think you might want. Do it right the first time ... no regrets.

One word sums it up ... this truck is AWESOME.
