Dodge Ram Not Too Waterproof...
I just got a new 2010 a few weeks ago. I went to the dealership to pick it up (after having leather and a bed liner put in) and it happened to be raining... I opened the back door to check out the leather and the roof was leaking.... needless to say I was not pleased. It turned out to be that ever evil third tail light.
I tested their fix when I got it home by spraying the tail light with a hose, and no leak from the roof (so that's good) but the power window in the back glass leaked a little down it's wire track (didn't get on anything). It does not seem to leak in the rain though, so I'm thinking I might have just blasted it a little too hard with the hose when I tested it... (?)
Needless to say, I'm not too happy about how 'water proof' the truck is.
I love everything else about it, but it makes me nervous and I don't really want to take it back to the dealer for the power window... I might have to find a new dealer to call and ask them about it... The dealer I went too was no good for a lot of reasons ranging from the way the finance was handled to treating my wife (who arguably knows more about trucks than I do) like a non person.
but I digress... :-)
Yeah, not too waterproof...

The sunroof drain hose is plugged with dust/pollen/what have you. All it takes is to blow a little air through there and it's all good again. You can blow it out from top or bottom, however I found that it is easier to do it from the sunroof hole as the bottom outlet is in the door jam at the rubber boot.
