Well I went to Discount tire and they mounted a set of 305-45-22 Yokohama tires and when he was trying to balance them he called me over and showed me the whell was asking for 11oz of weight and said it's not the tires but the wheels that are causing the problem. I'm going back to the small shop I bought the wheels at in the morning to see if they can make it right. And yes I also removed the retaining clips that hold the rotors on.
