I had that problem with my Ford and my Dodge. They ended up lubing the drive shaft spindle. There was an rrt from Ford and that solved my problem on both trucks.

My truck does the same thing. The 1-2 second slight thud etc. Hope they figure that out soon. Not worried since I have lifetime powertrain..

What is your dealer saying about it?

Never really asked yet, since it happens very little. I'm sure I'll hear what everyone else says. "That's normal", "We can't reproduce it". I'll let you know when I do follow up on it though.

the dealership dislikes that you bought your truck somewhere else and then expect them to fix it. trust me- you need to take it to the place you bought it or eventually they will find a reason to say its your fault and warranty wont cover it. then youll be out thousands of dollars and be going to court. it just happened to us with nissan with the same issues your having. they said since we have a boat we probably submerged the truck in a lake. the truck never towed the boat to the lake because i have a ram.

Not sure if they could do that with me. My dealer was closed after i bought my truck, and some of the workers are now at the dealer I currently go to..I still didn't buy from them, but why would anyone turn away warranty/service in general? Pissin people off is no way to keep or gain business.

the clunk you hear after stopping at a light is more than likely the torque converter clutch letting go once the rpms get down low enough ..

i feel it on occasion . feels like im getting bumped from behind sometimes after stop ... i look back quickly expecting to see someone on my *** and no one is there .. can be scary at times if your daydreaming or if your mind is busy doing something else ..
