There was another tuning company who's customers were waiting a month and 1/2 for TCM support to be restored. Unfortunately, it's hard to give an exact ETA in regards to code. Sorry about your issue, but it hasn't been the norm for 2009 support. Having said that, Superchips is always looking at improving the product. Thanks for your feedback.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I am sure that the engineer is doing his best to resolve this for you in a timely manner.

Have you physically contacted customer service about this issue? A rep can physically look into this issue and help expedite where possible. Usual turn around time is 1-2 days in most cases so I suggest you give a rep a call.

Customer service can be reached at 888-227-2447.

Well, I have had mine for a week and I still haven't even been able to try it out. I got the 'your vehicle calibration is not supported yet' message, and updated my calibration to Superchips the day I got it. Well I just got off the phone with them because I am still waiting for my calibration to get uploaded in their system, and they said that it might be until next Wednesday before I get it! A week and a half with the thing just sitting on my counter staring me in the face. At this rate I won't even be able to return it within the 30 days because I haven't been able to try it out fully.

My Diablosport programmer worked right out of the box and I didn't have any issues with it, and I am starting to doubt myself for making the switch.

I have tried emails and calling. I just kept getting the same "just keep waiting" answer. I guess I want it to work right, but I just wasn't expecting the long delay of actually getting to use it. If it works good and I see good results, then I will be happy.

Classic Block Head.....LOL
I don't believe I said that I switched for no known reason. I did see some results with the Diablosport, but was wanting to see if I got better results with the Superchips. After reading everyone's seemingly positive reactions to it, I thought maybe it would be better for me. It is yet to be seen. No LOL-ing on my end.

Ok, you have done all you can. PM me your tuner SN and I will look into this personally to see what I can do to help you.

You'll be pleased with the tuning. A lot of work went into the 2009 tuning. Thanks for your patience.
