Superchips is frustrating
Then they should be upfront with the time that is entailed. I was told 24-48 hours. A week later I had a tune that still didn't work.
Another week and I got "I have requested a time from calibrator."
If there is a chance it's still not gonna work 2+ weeks after they get your files, they need to make the user aware of that.

I got rid of my Diablosport programmer because everyone on here seemed to really like their Superchips.
Well, I have had mine for a week and I still haven't even been able to try it out. I got the 'your vehicle calibration is not supported yet' message, and updated my calibration to Superchips the day I got it. Well I just got off the phone with them because I am still waiting for my calibration to get uploaded in their system, and they said that it might be until next Wednesday before I get it! A week and a half with the thing just sitting on my counter staring me in the face. At this rate I won't even be able to return it within the 30 days because I haven't been able to try it out fully.
My Diablosport programmer worked right out of the box and I didn't have any issues with it, and I am starting to doubt myself for making the switch.

I have tried emails and calling. I just kept getting the same "just keep waiting" answer. I guess I want it to work right, but I just wasn't expecting the long delay of actually getting to use it. If it works good and I see good results, then I will be happy.
I don't believe I said that I switched for no known reason. I did see some results with the Diablosport, but was wanting to see if I got better results with the Superchips. After reading everyone's seemingly positive reactions to it, I thought maybe it would be better for me. It is yet to be seen. No LOL-ing on my end.
