leaning a little to the left?
I just put a 2" suspension lift on my 09 ram (front and back) and on level ground, it's measuring a little lower on the left than right by about an 1". More noticeable in rear. Left top of the fender well is 40" to ground and the right is a little over 41". What would cause that and what's the correct fix? 1" doesn't sound like a lot, but it's definitely noticeable if you look at the truck from the rear.
Personally I lean to the right.
In regards to your truck though, I'd contact the manufacturer of your lift kit to let them know what you are experiencing. Perhaps they can send you new parts. Did the lift come with new springs or just spacers?

What size fuel tank do you have and how full is it? Ive had this problem as well, tried swapping and rotating the rear coils and no change. I even tried brand new coils. It still sags about an inch on the left with a full tank. I just ignore it now until I put airbags in then I can add a little on the left side. I highly doubt its your lift kit manufacturer.
Oh one thing you can try is loosening off all of the suspension bolts in the rear, especially the trac bar. Jump on the bumper a few times to reset the rubber bushings then tighten them all back up, there is a possibility that one is preloaded.
This leveling idea seems to create the most problems for ram owners. I don't see why the need. 2 inches...really? That is necessary. Now if I could do something to add 2 inches somewhere else then I might be interested but as far a leveling thee truck sounds like one of those PITA type mods. Not worth the troubles associated.

If I had read all the leveling kit horror stories, I might have stayed away. But my instal went smooth. Sits level and no 4x4 or shudder issues. Maybe I got lucky, or maybe only the complainers post and many more that worked keep quite?
As for the lean, I would try the loosen it and tighten it trick. Perhaps it is just snugged down off centre. Or perhaps it is as simple as Dodge not factoring in gas tank weight. I will have to look at mine next time I fill up.
