My in-laws own a 2010 Ram and last week they receive a Survey/questioner from Chrysler/Dodge. It’s basically asking the thoughts and comments on their truck. I have a 09 Ram and I haven’t received anything from them. Just wondering how many of you have received this survey.

 

Nothing here either.

 

I got mine last week, I have had the truck almost 4 weeks now.

i have had my 09 since October 08, i never got a survey.

 

I worked in ISO certification and that was one of the ways to measure satisfaction(obviously) they were required to send out a percentage of letters in comparison to sales of that vehicle and to different locations. Not everyone gets one would be a nightmare to read and respond to if necessary. I saw some and I gotta say most people just use them to complain about petty things like gas mileage on a 5.9 L engine. If people were honest on these I would think Dodge would have a better reputation. The last one I got did not have a place for comments just questions and if you agree or disagree and the level of whichever.

 

I got one a while ago (bought my truck in December/I'm in Canada). If I remember correctly It asked how satisfied I was with my new truck, etc. They sent me a cheque for $2.00 as incentive to fill it out, haha.

I told them I'm 100% completely satisfied- love that truck.

 

I bought an '09 SLT last April, and got a survey. Then, in October I traded that one in for an '09 R/T and got a survey for that one as well. I just assumed everyone got a survey!

 

Bought my truck in December and got my survey last month.

 

I bought my 09 in Dec of 08, they called me on the phone right after new years. I had a good 30 min conversation with the guy. A lot of what made you choose this one over than one, and what would you improve, add or change, if any.
