the up down adjustment is done from on top of the fender.(not through the access hole in the plastic fender well)

if you look directly over the headlight bucket their is a 5/8" hole with an arrow molded into the sheet metal. that is where you stick a 7mm socket to adjust your up down.

you will need a really long 1/4" drive extension, ratchet, and 7mm deep well.

OR

a 7mm deep well socket, and regular (3" extension) will barely work.

i couldnt get anything through that small hole.. Look down the hole with the arrow to see what you will be feeling for. It is a screw with 3 plastic sides around it. Put you hand through the fender hole and feel where the adjustment screw is. It will be directy under the hole with the arrow. You will need to use a small wrench to fit. That was the only way for me to do it, because i didnt have anything small enough to fit in that hole. TO small to take pictures, but just looked at again and it is not hard.

Ok, Gentlemen. Thanks to u fine backyard mechanics I did what all of u have said to do. If u have a 1/4" drive set and a 6" extension and a 7mm socket (didn't need deepwell) just find the hole on the fender with the arrow on it. The screw is directly under it. Take a tool called a flashlight and u can see it. The screw turns very easily. One fine gent said about 3 turns will make a respectible adjustment is correct. Thanks for all the input fellow Hemi Owners! Just remember to clean the air filter of Chevrolets and Fords periodically!
