I drove the SRT 6.1 Challenger all last weekend. Our trucks are fast for trucks, but the Challenger was unbelievable. Feels like more than 425 hp to me. Accelleration past 100 is insane.

He was talking about the R/T Challenger, not the SRT8. The SRT8 would have walked away from him badly.

My wife's Ford Taurus, V6, 32 valve, SHO engine equipped sedan will blow my truck away. It's not even fair. It's lighter and very fast. Faster than me.

We are stronger not faster. We are not aerodynamic. I can pull anything, she can't pull anything. That's the difference. Power not speed.

So I wouldn't be pulling up next to very many cars. You will lose most every time.

yeah i raced a SRT8 Challenger... that went terrible lol. he got right sideways off the launch and still owned me.

Now a Jeep SRT-8 will take the Charger, Challenger and 300 SRT-8s. At least to 60. Isn't that amusing?
