The 2010 Sport does include the body color grille with billet inserts. Apparently not every one built actually has it, but they are supposed to. I believe you can also get the Sport Performance Hood (aka Challenger hood) as a factory option on the Sport too. Doesn't leave much exclusive to the R/T except the badge, huh? Maybe I should get one of those for my Sport?? :-)

Sure there is.... RC 2WD with the sport appearance is exclusive to the R/T I would have bought one if I lived further south. That is why I went back to a truck, got tired of RWD in snow.

The SRT-8 6.1 motor puts out 425 HP, the 5.7 Hemi in our trucks puts out 390 HP. Probably with a good custom tune to get rid of the torque control management and a few other tweaks you could probably get 425 hp or even more.

But as soon as you touch the computer Dodge will cancel your warranty faster than you can say "Thats BS!"

All they could find is a single torque converter listed for the RAMs. While I don't completely trust the local guy's ability to find odd stuff like that, the mopardiscountparts guys have found everything else I've ever asked them about. So, I'm not so sure the R/T's converter is a hardware difference, but just a different set of management programming in the truck's computer.
There is a guy on DT(I think he's on here too, can't remember his screen name) with a 4x4 rcsb and he swapped his stock converter out for a R/T converter and said that it's absolutely different. I don't think it's a huge stall, but it feels like about 2600.

I read this all the time, and it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. I took my stock LS1 powered Z28 from 13s to 11s without touching the engine. The two biggest changes I made were taller gears and a torque converter.

Bingo, all 2wd rcsb Sports are R/Ts.

Here's my best time slip thus far.

I kinda like it, it sneaks up on people! Although honestly that vid doesn't do it justice. It's got a decent bark when you get on it, I've had a few friends mention it sounds nice for a stock truck.

When I do something, I'll pry go true duals.

Two words, Open Headers. Just kidding. I like them loud, but not that loud.

Any chance your friend has the part number for that torque converter still? I'm still interested in doing the swap now that I've found a good shop.
