Default Dealerships not responding

within a 25 mile radius i have 8 five star dealerships, all have websites that are email accessable. I have sent emails to every parts department in reguards to the leveling kit for the ram 1500 and you know what haven't got a single reply, and its been days... what gives. I could call during the day i just was curious to see if they update their email accounts on a daily basis i guess not.

Parts depts in those dealers are really on the ball aren't they! You ought to call the OWNERS and tell them of your own private survey. Then see which one of THEM gets their parts dept to check their e/mails and try to make themselves a nickel.
