Just thought some of you 4x4 guys might appreciate this:
Unless you "wheel" that thing on flat ground, you'll want to remove it until you get stuck. They are a decent tool sometimes, but the receiver mounted stuff removes what little approach angle a Cherokee has to begin with.
I don't have that issue unless I'm camping in the north Georgia mountains, when I am in south Georgia or central floriday, 15' of elevation is considered a mountain, LOL!!! But I know what you're saying, it really does cut down the angle of approach quite a bit.
I got a XD9000i, which was used once by the first owner, for basically about a hundred bucks in ammo in a trade, and put it on my truck. I considered selling my old, discontinued M9000, but for what I could get for it, I decided to buy the receiver and mount, a set of 130 watt lights and just stick it on the Jeep. I do take the Jeep up to the farm a lot, unless it's deer season and fish a lot of spots that can be sloppy. So I may get some use out of it...
