I installed these on my truck over a year ago and just love them. They were a little expensive but in my opinion well worth the $$$.

 

Looks cool... but at $1100 that's a KILLER on the pocket book!

installed them about 2 months ago. What a eye catcher. Got them installed for 1400 from the dealership

 

I can't imagine them standing up to mud, snow and ice..... that puts me out of the running. Cool idea though.

 

Had mine for almost 8 mths now and I can definitley say they hold up extremely well in the mud. They do cake up a bit in the front near the wheel but they have always worked. If they can handle the red clay here in Georgia they can handle anything. Don't get any ice down here so can't speak to that.

 

Mud, ice , snow no problem. Had them now 13 months. During that time they made an upgrade in mounting and support brackets on the Crew Cab models. So now they're even better. These drop down a few inches more than regular bars. So it makes it a little easier getting in and out if you have trouble lifting you're feet that high. My dad is 87 and it really is helpful for him. Yes, they're not the cheapest option out there. But if you like the look of clean lines and need a little more drop for ease of entry and exit, get'em.
