The K&N made the throttle response better and increased my mpg by about 1mpg.

 

I had a K&N on my '07 and it seemed to have more power. They typically post dyno charts to back up their gains. It was definitely louder under hard acceleration....

There have been a few (K&N might have been one of them) that claimed the Mopar intake didn't have any gains at all.
