rims/tires

I want to put new rims/tires on my 09 ram 1500 trx4 without putting a lift on it. I have been looking at an 18" rim and about 33 tires, any suggestions. I'm stuck in Iraq right now, and don't have alot of time to endlessly search the internet for answers myself, so any help would be appreciated.
