Exclamation Wheel Seal Recall!

I just got a phone call yesterday from my dealership. The Guy i talked to said my truck had a recall on the front diff wheel seals because apparently they are starting to wheep? I had a look at it last night and didnt see anything leaking but i have an appointment on Monday and will be taking it in and hopefully getting the ECO flash and Manifold bolts! they'll have my truck for a day for sure! i changed the wheel seals on an 07 1500 and i tell yeah it was fun not having the right tools lol.

But yeah thought i'd throw that out there let people know about a recall.. once i get it done i'll post the recall number etc.

I thought I saw some weeping from my right front axle boot. The dealer supposedly checked it and saw nothing... Now I know I'm not crazy!

Good luck on getting those manifold bolts. I called the dealership last week and dodge has 18,000 plus on backorder. I'm 3000 something in line. I've been waiting for a month.

Had mine replaced last week. It wasn't leaking when it went in but now with the updated seal I have a puddle on my floor. Don't know if it is the seal or if the tech didn't know what he was doing.

Is this actually an RRT with a different seal does anyone know? I got my passenger side axle seal on the front diff changed a couple months ago due to a decent leak but was just wondering if there is an updated part for this...
