Have you turned off the ESC while driving to see if that makes it stop?

There was an RRT for flat spots on the tire on the '09's...just a thought.

That is the only issue the flat spot I have seen or heard. Whatever you do since its brand new dont let them screw you out of new tire/tires if need be. The tire co will put it on Chrysler and vice versa. Good luck

if the vibration is felt in the steering wheel most likely some tire issue, if you feel it in you butt could be rear tires, driveshaft, trans?
I would try moving the rear tires to front and see if vibration changes, if it does then something wrong with front if feeling moves from butt to steering wheel and vice versa.
I have things like this, had an 03 Durango R/T Dealer balanced 2 tires first try, then rotated tires next try. Did nothing but make the vibration change how you feel it indicating a tire problem. So then the finally did and alignment and balanced all 4 wheels and said it's fixed. I left with a receipt(warranty) and it said the work they did and then it said minimal vibration still found but is decided to be acceptable. I called Service Manager next day cuz he was gone and asked him acceptable to who he said him. I said then you can make the f....g payments.
I hung up, took it to my favourite alignment shop and asked them to balance all 4 wheels and align it . When I picked it up he said did you just have an alignment done and the wheels balanced, I said well yes, they said why am I there. I asked them if they knew they said well they showed me all these tire weights that were on one wheel that where causing it to vibrate like crazy, they noticed it on the first wheel so they put it back on and went for a drive felt the vibration, balanced the wheel and the other 3 and put it on the rack, it was dead on,no adjustment needed. I paid over hundred bucks and I thought if this is not fixed I am gonna drive this into a brick wall and total it. Took it on the expressway up to 100mph no vibration I was flabergasted. I took the receipts from what the dealer did, and the one from the aligment shop to my salesman. He was really upset so I got 10 free oil changes worth over 300 bucks to me because they are not allowed to refund customers for work done without first getting an ok, I was happy but could not believe how simple the problem was. I mean what the heck went on at the dealer, closing time? new guy on tires that day? I mean someone had to find that problem it was in what 4 times plus when I got it done.
Today they said my tires are due for alignment. I said they are wearing even and have no vibrations etc. so I figure I will leave well enough alone, besides the sooner they wear out the sooner I can get some real tires. I must say I expected problems with these HP's but so far they have been good, even in the snow. Maybe the truck is better who knows but like I said why waste money rotating something that is fine. Besides I don't care for impact wrenches used on these covered nuts because it destroys them. Nice Johnson bar to crack them then just a power screw driver to take them off once they are loose. Then same to put them on just till they touch then tighten a bit with johnson then lower and finish with 130 ft lbs torque.

It is not the flat tire problem I am sure as there is a few thousand miles on it now and the tsb states the vibration will go away after driving a short distance, as for wheel balance I was there when they balanced the rears and they were o.k., I drove it with the new driveshaft on the rear and no difference, we ran out of time so I have it re-booked to check the front tire balance and maybe even remove the front shaft to see if it gets better. We will see I guess.

There is a rrt for an output shaft seal on the front so you might as well get that while they are messin around if you havent already. Try spinning the heck outta the tires make them round again,LOL geesh I hate that when they try one thing at a time. Why not just balance all the wheels first try. They should have a set of wheels that are test wheels that are balanced regularily and they throw those on and you know you are in the right place if it goes away with those.

Default tire shift

I had this exact problem. Luckily I run a dealership (not dodge) and I had acces to a road force balancer. All tires balanced to 0 but all 4 failed road force. I had a bad set of tires. Dodge customer service sucked!!! My truck had 104 miles on it! They would not do anything for me! Goodyear wanted me to pay 25%, no one would help. My dealer insisted there was nothing wrong.
I had bought several cars there so I went to my salesman, and said if there is nothing wrong with these, I see a truck just like mine in front of the building, swap my wheels.

They were on the spot at that point, so they swapped all 4 wheels and my truck rode like a dream. So I was all set but some poor sucker with a laramie is going to have a vibration he cant get rid of.

p.s. 20,250 trouble free miles. Never back to the dealer. I run mobil one that I change every 3500 miles. No mods. Dont want to mess with the lifetime warranty!
