Whoo Hoo! Got My Fuel Saver Light!

Southside Dodge Red Deer Alberta Canada totally screwed me over. Dropped it off at 11:30. Told them I needed by 3:30 as I was taking 31 people in 5 different trailers out to the mountains! They said no problem.
As I never received a call, I called at 2:50 and was told it was done and I asked for a lift. They said 10 minutes no problem.
25 minutes later I phone and get hung up on. 35 Minutes later I phone and get hung up on. 45 minutes, you guessed it! I get hung up on! My wife gets home and gives me a ride.
I get there and the service adviser lies to me and tells me that the truck had all the updates. It has not been in since December!
Then he says well they updated it and re-flashed it! I get pissed and he then asks the service manager and he says that it was the internet's fault and that they couldnt find it. It said there was no update and therefore they could not apply it!
Now I am under the understanding that this is not an update!
You must make a specific complaint about this and then they would have to apply this tsb Flash!
I think the idiots were looking in the wrong place! Or even worse! They may have just billed dodge for it and done absolutely nothing!!!!
What do you think?

They are suppose to check online your VIN# with Chrysler for any RRT's and TSB's associated with your vin. Also force them to write the TSB number down when you take your truck in or you can write in "Please check for this TSB number".
As I understand it, all this information is on Chrysler's mainframes with your VIN#
I guess if they still can't find it you could say, I am sorry, I must be at the wrong place, I thought this a Chrysler/Dodge dealer.
Or blame Al Gore, he invented the internet.
Just an added note, This TSB only applies to trucks with the 5.7 litre Hemi and no other engine.

I never updated...
I am even more pee'oed now....
before I left the dealer, they told me they "found" the update...
So now after posting from my droid while I was mobile, I actually felt bad for a minute bad mouthing the dealer....THEN I DROVE AWAY and that feeling changed back...
NO ECO LIGHT.
not having time to go back, I just dealt with it.....
my questions are:
CAN IT BE TURNED OFF THROUGH THE EVIC?
&
If not, what EXACTLY do I have to tell a different dealer to get it?
Does the update do anything else besides adding light?

I went out to my truck and there is no option to turn the ECO light on or off on my 2009. THEY MUST NOT HAVE INSTALLED THE CORRECT TSB....
UGH....
let me know about what I must say and if the TSB is just a light or actually other improvements...

If you have the for 09 Fuel Saver light and for 10 ECO light then you have the option in your EVIC to shut it off. Look harder it's there. If not then you have another issue...I bet Dodge is wishing they never let this one out. It does nothing but make the light work.

Ok here it is.
The reason mine did not take on friday was that the tech didnt have a clue.
Today I went back and today he updated the tipm and something else.
In the TSB it shows that if the witech software is not at 10.03 or higher AND the TIPM AND PCM are not at the latest software levels then you cannot do the update!
So today He updated it to the latest TIPM! Yay. Guess what after that he never updated the truck with any other updates!
So Now I have a truck that after 2 visits is ready to be updated for the eco flash on a EZD engine!
Im going to another dealer tuesday to get them to test their SKILL(I mean LUCK)!
I have a copy of the service bulletin! its number is 080-007-10.
Am I allowed to post it here?

Is there a site where we can see which update our truck needs is does the truck need to be hooked up to something?
My local dealer (not where I bought my truck) said it's $125 to $150 per flash update.
