2009 Dodge RAM mAGNACHARGER. ANYONE?
This would be a nice for our trucks if it all works out.
I had a supercharger on the Durango R/T I traded in on my RAM. The Durango was the 5.9 engine and I ran it for 70K miles with the SC
FWIW a couple of good and no so good things -
good:
power - nice 100hp boost right from idle up
noise - not much, only under full throttle
no engine issues at 5-6 PSI
fit under the hood
never ran hot
not so good:
I had to have a custom flash for the PCM to run right
Towing caused detonation with anything over 2psi boost
Diagnosing engine codes becomes more difficult
If I had the choice to do it again, I probably would on my Ram.
