of course it will, MDS would make your engine explode. thats why you need the DS pred to disable it.

I sent an email and was told the kit is still in development and should be ready mid July. I believe this kit will work even with MDS enabled. I know they work on GM vehicles with the displacement on demand such as the Camaro and G8.

Superchips can also disable MDS, honestly Diablo Sport is the only concerning factor I would have(putting the cost aside lol)with getting one of these. I dont want to have a DS tuner on my truck.

If they can make it compatible with Superchips then were talking.

You've got that backwards. The issue is the Superchips cannot be tuned by a tuner like the Diablo can. The only people able to make tunes for the SC is SC, this is why so many use the Diablo when it comes to force induction or major engine mods. It's a limitation on the SC not the Magnacharger.

Ah ok my mistake, its a shame because I want to run Superchips but I'm also looking at something like Magnacharger down the road. Guess I'll have to make the decision on which one I want to run.
