Can anyone with the 2009/2010 4x4 Ground Force lowering Kit give a review. I’m looking to find out how easy was the installation or did you have it installed. How is the ride compared to factory. And your overall likes or dislikes of the kit.

It is a APM Ram Air hood

 

I think most of the guys here have the McGauhys kit. I haven't heard anything good about the ride quality other than its stiffer and handles better. I'm waiting for BelTech in the fall. I don't want my ride to suffer.

 

I had mine installed at a local shop. They said it was not much trouble. I love the look and I think the ride was improved compared to stock. To me the stock ride was just too soft and a little mushy. The ride with the lowering kit is a bit more firm and less lean going into corners.

I have shown the truck once since the lowering (and other mods) and it took first place so they must have liked it too!

 

just installed the ground force 4x4 kit on my reg cab. easy install took about 3-4 hours. ride is same if not better than stock.

 

OMG! It's like $1500 painted before shipping! How much did you pay?
