I sent my bull bars back without mounting them-decided that chrome would not look good on front of TRX truck and my garage is a converted carport on the back of my house that I enclosed and added a garage door. Problem is that I have only 8 inches now of "extra" space length wise when I get the truck in and those bull bars would probably make it impossible to keep my truck in the garage anymore. It has an asphalt floor so I nailed some 2 by 4s to the floor and back it in till the tires hit the 2 by 4s and that leaves about 3 inches in the back and about 5 in the front for the door to clear when it comes down. I love my truck--just wish I had a little larger garage.

Aries bull bar installed on my 09 ram TRX4. Pretty easy to install, took me a couple of hours to get it perfect. (2) 6-7inch cuts needed on the underside of the air dam, nothing a drill bit and sharp blade couldnt take care of.Name: IMG_4850.jpg

Nice. Is that the Aries? What's you're opinion on the quality of the product? How hard do you think you could "accidently" rear end someone without bending the bar?

yeah...aries. Seems to be good quality, I was always a chrome fan before this truck, never had a black one so we'll see how well the paint holds up but it seems to be good. I'd say the normal 5mph bump would be enough to knock it back an inch or so. It is on a pivot at the bottom so all you have to do is loosen some bolts and it will move forward and back. So i guess it depends on how tight those bolts are as to how soon it would move back. You could definitely take out small movable objects/animals/cones/etc with no damage.
