Hard question to answer. If your happy its a good deal. The deals that analyze easily is the ones without the trade.Average seems to be about 10k off MSRP. Then what was WHOLESALE on your old truck and what was retail.KBB is one place to look up those numbers.I always negotiate the BUY first and then the trade if I'm going to trade.

You got a very bad deal.

Of course not knowing how much equity you had or did not have in your 06 could alter my opinion.

39K @ 1.9% for 6 years is only 580ish. With tax around 610ish. This would mean to make this a good deal you would have needed about 10-12K of negative equity on your 06.

I agree that does sound high, I my msrp was 42600 and I put down 2000 and bought the lifetime unlimited mile warranty for 3000 and for 72 mo at 4.9 I pay $590 a month.

He rolled money on the trade. About 3k. His payment suggests he financed 41682. But to get that 1.9 he gave up about 2500 in rebates. So his neg equity is about 5500-6000.

Wow that seems high. My truck was about the same sticker price, and with 5k down my payment is 370/mo

Don't worry about it nothing you really can do if you have a signed deal and took possession just be a better shopper next time. I wish I would have been in here before I got my truck.

That is an awesome deal! It only cost you $57/month to drive a 2010 truck with a lot more stuff. Enjoy!!

Please tell me you arent serious! He is paying $44,136 over the life of the loan for a truck that probably sells for around $30,000 - $32,000 with that $39,000 MSRP.

if i make every minimum payment, i will spend 36,900 on a 72month term for a truck that stickered $1500 more with only a grand down..... he definately didn't get any "deal of the month" deals
