just had mined removed as well and agree with tcchubb, no real difference in cab,( which is good) and cant tell from outside until i have someone drive down the street for me, only drove it 2 miles so far, I do notice a bit more sound with windows down tho. Thanks madmaxin for your help.

i guess duals are different from single side out cause mine sounded like crap when i took my resonator off. i ended up getting a AT3030 and kept the resonator on and the sound is awesome.

I got mine removed. Barely noticeable. Good if you want it just a little louder. Paid 60 bucks to get mine removed lol

i removed them and very little difference the good thing is my truck is lighter now lol

just ordered a mufflex dod24m and with resonators removed already this should give me the sound i want. I notice a bit more sound with the resonators gone than i did when i had them removed (strange lol)

What about just removing one of them??

Or inserting a piece of straight pipe in them to bypass them but to keep outward appearance the same as original?

i dont know what the other guys did, but i had straight stainless pipes welded in there place, not really noticeable to the untrained eye
