That's what I did too pipe welded in their spot

 

does anybody know if the resonators on a dual set-up are the same or different on a single exhaust? i kinda wanna leave mine on but it looks like a muffler and i can see it hanging from the rear of the truck. in some of the dual exhaust pictures the resonators look more like an oversized pipe.

 

mine were pretty small id say a foot or so not big at all smaller than a muffler so maybe they are different

 

oh ya mine is an actual baffled muffler i'd say 14''L x 9''W x 3''thick a muffler... i think the only reason why i want it removed is because its visible and a eye soar for me. its not a clean look and thats what im looking for.. i've been waiting for someone to post a sale of their resonators i would buy one just to swap it out with mine but no one has yet.
