That program started on the 8th and the Ram is included. But this truck was purchased prior so it wouldn't qualify.

This is not Best Buy where they exchange no questions asked within 30 days. Getting a vehicle passed all the lemon law's is a long and difficult process that will wear you out. By the end you will not be happy and hate your Ram.
Except the issue, be firm but fair, give the dealer a chance to fix. In the end you'll be happy with your Ram.
