Lift + Tire + Wheel Suggestions
Fellow Dodge Maniacs,
After saving up for years, I finally bought my first Dodge Ram 1500 a few weeks ago. I've already added dual cat-back Flowmaster 40s and a K&N CAI.
When my factory tires wear, I'd like to lift it. HOWEVER, the problem I'm running into is that all I could really afford right now was a 3.7L V6.
I don't want to overwork the engine on my Ram, nor do I want my MPG to suck more than the Cleveland Browns.
I'm really not hauling anything yet at this point in my life.
I've kind of settled on a minor 3" body lift and no more, but I'd like to hear suggestions on tire dimensions/brands, rim dimensions/brands, and lift suggestions.
Any help is appreciated.
-Jeff

Ok.... leveling kit and air bags. LOL I have the leveling kit and 35's on mine. You can do a 4 inch with 35's as well, still looks ok.
I drive 95% of the time empty and like it level. I have air bags for when I want to haul something to keep it level rather then have it sag to match the front.
