Default Quad Cab Running Boards

So i'm quietly minding my own business sitting in my truck. Along comes a friendly enough looking fellow, and asks if i'd ever thought about putting running boards on my 1500.

I had been and tells me he has some to sell. Going to give them to me for $150 bucks.

I go take a look at them, sure enough, new in box, complete with wrapper on the running boards, nice new chrome circle running boards, i'm licking my chops.

SUre enough he shows me the instructions, yep 2009 quad cab. I take them and leave.

About an hour later, happy as can be, it dawns on me, my truck is a Crew Cab!

Anyhow, i know the answer, but i'm screwed for them fitting right?

They aren't mopar, the brand is Aries, and looks as if they bolt on to the body mounts.

I just put black mopar bars on my crew cab, pretty brutal prices up here in Canada tho.
I checked mopar.ca and msrp for them is $340
I checked at 3 dealers nearby and best I could do was $560!!

have you tried putting them on they might be for a quad but they might not look that bad on your crew. the length you would be missing is at the bed and the difference is what 6 inches?
