Default 2009 4.7 Programmer

I've read thru the posts, and even done the search,

I'm wondering what the current consensus is for which programmer to use on the new gen 4.7?

Also, do any of the programmers on the market stay plugged in and are adjustable on the fly, was actually looking to see if any were dash mounted.

Regards & Thanks

I have the Bully Dog Gt on my 5.7. I am almost certain it is available for the 4.7.

The Bully Dog is awesome. I have noticed a big improvement in performance. Shifting is firmer, I maxed out the rev limits, and now my 35's and speedometer are insync. My mpg is avg 15 up from 13 since i lifted my truck and upgraded my wheels. It was great purchase. The display is sharp looking. I leave mine plugged in at all times to monitor performance, intake temp, and fuel economy. It has great gauges.
