Default truck squeeking

so, my truck is making this squeeking sound when driving. I posted a thread earlier and a few of you said it sounds like a dry shock or the suspension. I took it to a dealer ( not the dealer where I bought my truck ). The dealer told me that it was the brakes, but also mentioned that the brakes are in good shape and don't need to be replaced. They said that with the heat and humidity, that it will cause my brakes to squeek. So my question is has anyone heard of this? And how can your brakes squeek, but be in good shape with plenty of pad left. Not to mention they didn't even take any of the tires off to check this. How do I know this, My key to remove my locking lug nuts is broke. So I am thinking i am taking the truck to the dealer where I bought my truck and see what they say.

If it were the brakes, the squeaking would only happen when you applied the brakes (with exception of when you first start driving after its been sitting for a while). Any additional details about under what conditions it squeaks would help assist forumers in potentially diagnosing your problem.

IT IS THE HOOD..............mine did this and drove me crazy looking for it, the squeak sounds like something is dry, go to the dealer and see if you had the hood (RRT )done ,I bet you havnt had it done, they put in some clips and it STOPS the noise, I thought they were crazy at first, till the sound stopped.

I would also look at the hood stops. Mine had a squeek. Adjusted the hood stops and place a strip of weather stripping over them. Problem solved.

I had my truck at the dealer today for my brakes making a bit of a squeek for the first 10 minutes or so and than it stops. I only have 6000km on my truck. Dealer told me everything looks good and it might be the humidity causing this.

My trucks front suspension squeaks. If I spray it down with PB Blaster the squeak either goes away or get dimmished greatly, eventually the squeak comes back.

I've taken it in and even went for a ride with a tech but I was unable to reproduce the noise. Go figure a couple hours after I left it came back. This time I'm not gonna spray it down and wait until it gets super loud and I'll be taking it back in.

The only thing that worries me is I have a RC 2.5", 3/4" leveling kit installed. Technically they could void the front suspension warranty if they wanted to. I'm actually surprised they didn't already. Hopefully they don't say anything and just fix it.

Another SQUEEK. Opening rear doors.

It is NOT the hinges though.

It IS the weatherstripping at the upper forward corner of the window frame.

Snipping off 1/8" or silicone lube does the trick.

Thanks guys for a lot of the input. I have an appointment for Saturday at the dealer where I bought the truck. Told them the situation and they said they would make sure they get it fixed. The squeek starts about 2 mins after I start driving, and last all the way to work. I think it has gotten a little louder also. I will let the dealer know about the other stuff that you guys mentioned, Thanks for the help.

Could possibly be a slightly warped rotor for your brakes. Do you notice any bumping when you apply your brakes?

When ever i go over a bump my passenger side dash squeeks like a mother. I keep forgetting to tell the dealer.
