I have an 09 Ram 1500 with a 2.5 inch leveling kit. I have 33 x 12.50's on it now and they have tons of room. Can i put 35 x 12.50's without rubbing? I have heard yes and no so i am wondering.

I heard it will will rub on sharp turning (plastic wheel well). You could run a 35 10.5 or 11 without issue. This is assumed you have the stock 20s. If you get spacers or a new wheel with different offset you would be OK.

This past weekend I ordered a 2" readylift leveling kit for my front end, and a set of 35" Goodyear Wrangler DuraTracs. They are also 12.5" wide. I was told that with a 2" leveling kit, that I would have no problem with clearance in the front tire wells. The guy at the tire shop also said that Dodge Rams come with more clearance stock from the factory than do fords, chevy, etc.

I know you can fit 33" x 12.5" in a stock tire well w/ no lift and not rub for sure. I really don't think I'll have a problem with the duratracs, as they are not a full mud terrain (only 18/32 tread) and in reality, they are 34.4" tall.
