Default Removing Resonators

Are the exhaust pipes really stainless? I was thinking of cutting out the resonators and welding in straight pipe to take their place. But all i have is
a small 110 wire feed.

Yes you must use stainless wire. Your mig gun may work, but mig stainless is usually done with a spool gun(wire is in the gun not the machine. Tig would be the first choice if available.
