Default Rrt

I went in to get the exhaust bolts on my 09, the RRT came out in Jan. 2010 .. At that time I had over 36,000 miles on my truck. They will not do that under the RRT.
I go on Thursday to get this done either on the lifetime power train or on my Maxcare lifetime warranty?

Get your RRT's done before 3 yrs or 36,000!!!

Did you check to see if you actually needed them changed? Not all 09's need the new studs.

I took my truck in to have the piece of weather stripping between the cab and the bed replaced (one side fell off). They checked the RRT's and determined that the truck fell in the range of needing the bolts replaced. They tried to order them but said that Dodge canceled the order because they were not currently broken. They were not sure if it is due to them being on national backorder or not but would try again in the future. Dealership did say that I needed to have them replaced before the 3yr/36000 mile warranty expired to be covered. Dealer also said that on the ones they have done so far, that about 60% of the unbroken bolts are breaking when they try to remove them

Oh ya they got ya on the year deal, that should give us all reminders to get our vehicles in on the last day of your warranty. I think if they should break they would be covered later under warranty.
