bout to pull the pin on bfg all T.285/65/20. any other options?
hey guys, im ready to get my tires. from what i have seen. a 285/65/20 is about the biggest the stock truck will fit with out spacers rubbing etc.
but im currently limited to about 2 tires i believe. the bfg all terrain and the goodyear kevlar mud tire.
i want to stay with an all terrain. anyone got something similiar? thanks.
without looking. im pretty sure its roughly a 34.5" x 11.25....

I have the Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac tires 285/65/20, there not loud at all and excellent traction. Good mileage, and at 12000 miles there hardly worn. BIGGEST advantage about them....There DOT approved, no chains going over the mountains, there considered “approved traction devices”. There the only tire I could find in a 20" that was DOT approved. I had the BFG’s before in 17” and loved them, but I’m not throw’n chains on my 20’s to go over the mountain.
Nitto makes Terra Grapplers in a few sizes that will fit:
295-60/20 - E load (34x11.61x20)
275-65/20 - E load (34x10.83x20)
305-50/20 - XL (32x12x20)
I have 305-55/20 Terra Grapplers on my truck now. Haven't had them long but like them so far. The do rub a little but only at full lock under load such as pulling a u-turn.
Cheaper than the Goodyears and much cheaper than the BFG's.
