Not a real serious issue, the punk who put it on probably didn't wipe it with alcohol or whatever I am sure they have to wipe it with. Or it wasn't dry. I always hated watching a poor student was trained by some lazy person on a job and the first time they see the kid do it right once they take off..then the kid falls behind then poor quality hits.Training in my opinion is what they were lacking the most when I worked there. They were in to much of a rush to go sit in the cafeteria.

I noticed this on mine too. Showed it to the dealer but told them I'd just fix it myself. Service manager agreed that would be best because I do autoglass, trim and accessories anyway. Just used a small piece of 3M redback tape (cleaned surfaces really well first of course!).

on my previous truck a tacoma I had that flap come off after a month of driving it. I told the service manager a few months later and he fixed it with no issues. Hope that if this issue comes up with my dodge that they have the same customer service.

Same on my '10.

Planning on getting the dealer to fix it once I'm back in for an oil change.

Funny you mention this. I just had both sides removed and replaced with new 3 days ago because they had both lifted up exactly the same as the OPs photo shows. I stuck them back down myself but I mentioned it when I was getting a LOF done last week and the service manager said it was not uncommon on the '09-'10....that they have seen it quite a bit, and even though they were fixed they wanted to take them both up and replace them with new moulding.

I believe there is a TSB on this. Check and repair if necessary.
