Default 275/65 20 tires

Anyone think I'll have issues running 275/65 20 tires on the stock wheels? I have a 2010 Laramie with stock suspension.

No problems at all, other than the need for a leveling kit... The sidewall proportion is very nice, but the gap between the front fender and top of tire is too low for a 4WD IMO.

I thought about a leveling kit, but decided against it after reading about all the issues with vibration in 4wd, etc. So do you think I need the leveling kit for aesthetic reasons or mechanical? I just want to make sure they won't rub on or damage anything without the leveling kit.

Yeah I know, I'm cheap I guess. I just don't really want to buy the leveling kit unless I have to. I also like the look of these trucks with some rake.

So Mopar21277, are you saying the tires won't bottom out or rub on anything without the leveling kit?

jrtx..he is only talking about "looks" in his personal opinion. as i posted above. 285/65/20 will fit with no rubbing on a stock suspension 4x4. search it in this forum. it has been asked a million times...

Saw that size on a truck today....on the driver's inside fender on the 2010 anyways...there is a little bump that sticks out on the back side of the well liner and I could see that this size tire was rubbing on that piece...and that was with a clean tire! I for this reason do not believe that this size tire is rub free without a level or lift.
As a result..I would not go with the "it should fit", "it'll fit", etc. unless the person has the exact set up you are looking for....this size without a lift or level as that is the only way to tell...but I know what I saw today...cheers.....no offense to anyone...just trying to help this guy not getting into something he does not want...
