I am under warranty but it always equates to two trips to the small town dealership in my town. My second trip and each have cost me two trips. One to determine what the problem is and another trip after the parts arrive. I would think that the dealership would stock up on parts with known problems. In anycase, I received new seat covers on the K17 recall. This part is a two bolt part that takes no time to install. Neadless to say, I am waiting on the part to arrive than another trip to the dealer, hopefully my last!
I had the same problem on my 2010. I was in and out in 20 mins w/o being charged...under warranty helps.
Was it the blender door or the AC actuator? Sounds like one of these guys was quoted 4 hours and you were in and out in 20 minutes? I have the same issue so I'm hoping for the 20 minutes and a verification from you on the part. Here we are 10 years later! Haha. TIA
