Ok I bought a 2009 Dodge Ram ST reg cab 4x4 brand new. I wanted a reg cab 4x4 with the Hemi in Deep Water blue and all that was available at the time was an ST. I didn't want power windows/locks anyway as it is just more stuff to go out. The thing I DO want is the fancier trim the SLT has over the ST. Things like the chrome inside door release levers, chrome shifter ****, upper glove box. These things I can probably find at a salvage yard as these trucks are slowly totaled from wrecks. Question is will they work? I have already added the chrome front and rear bumpers. On a more technical note how about the gauge cluster with the EVIC and oil pressure/voltage gauges? The lighted console on the headliner? Don't get me wrong I love my truck, but I hate how Dodge has cheapened the ST model. Its almost like they are punishing people that don't care about power windows and locks. That used to be the only difference in the ST and SLT.
