Seat cover recall

Got a letter from Dodge yesterday informing me of the seat recall ( it says recall, not RRT) says it is because of tearing problems,not because of wrinkles, they are saying take it to dealer to be replaced, dealer informed me couple of weeks ago but had to order the covers, supposed to call when in

Just received a letter from Chrysler.
Motor Vehicle Notification K10.
2009 Dodge Ram trucks equipped with perforated leather trimmed bucket seats.
States ~
Recommended Service: The front driver and passenger seat cushion covers on your vehicle may tear during normal usage.
What the dealer will do: Chrysler will service your vehicle free of charge (parts and labor). To do this, your dealer will replace both the driver and passenger seat cushions. The work will take about 2 hours to complete.
Cushions Hmm. I thought this was about the covers?
It also has a survey to ask if this all ready been performed.
I had my covers replace about a year ago. The replacements are just as bad.
I wonder if I can get a higher quality covers? ? ?
