Exclamation recomendations? HELP? Got Stranded need new tires

Was out on the logging trails near Mt St Helens, maybe 40-50 miles from a paved rd much less civilization and it was about 30 min from sundown. Blew out a tire on truck, I put on the spare, and 10 min later blew another tire. The roads out there have no names just numbers like 2700. These are pretty rocky roads/ logging and jeep trails, and Because I cleaned the truck out recently due to installing Dynamat I did not have my tire repair kit with me. Any way got some help from some hunters who had a tire plug kit, and then we followed a logger out of there to the main rd (took about 2 hours to get out going about 20 miles an hour).. I have a navigation system, but none of the trails we were on were mapped. It is amazing how far from civilization you can get on the logging roads in Washington and Oregon. Now I'm thinking on new tires. but I dont want the same size 33, cause I know I'm gonna evbentually lift 4 or 6 inches, and will then want 35 or 37 inch tires. So if Im gonna get new tires I should go ahead and lift and get a good set of 35" or 37 tires. I figure on most 4" kits, for about a hundred dollars you can get an addition 6 "s. So I might as well get a six inch lift, and new tires.. I need to find a good deal on a good quality kit. What are your thoughts? I'm thinking Superlift 6" lift installed with 35 inch" off road tires that don't handle too bad on the highway or in the rain?????

cooper stt. great on road manners, really quiet, long wearing, and are great in snow, mud, and sand, not so much on rocks.

LOL, would not call them REALLY QUIET.

Good tire, yes
Good looking, yes
Quiet, no.

But then again no off-road (M/T) is quiet. Just depends what you are comparing to.

If you don't have the cash for al of the things you mentioned you may want to check out this link. I think he is down to 500 bucks. If you have the 20's then never mind.
