No air to floor
I just noticed that when I switch selector to floor majority of air goes to windshield, very little if any to floor and vehicle was in for hvac recall

If you want to reset your computer pull the positive cable and hold it on the negative post or any other ground for 30 seconds. Don't worry there won't be any sparks or anything then reconnect. I don't know if this will solve your problem but that is how I do a reset on mine.
