I was planning on buying an 18" mufflex on ebay until I heard people complaining about them falling off. They were saying that they had to go get them wielded on. So I just called my local mr muffler and he had an 18" magnaflow in stock. His price installed was $70 lower than the mufflex was on ebay. I know this is not exactly what you were asking about but maybe if you can get your money back something like this can work for you. Good luck !

P.S. I love my 18" magnaflow!

cancel payment, mufflex just uses a magnaflow muffler that you can get anywhere and have a local shop make the pipe and weld it and the muffler on probally a little cheaper and with less problems.i have the 18" mufflex had some issues with it and had to get it welded i wish i just bought the muffler and had a muffler shop install it

The muffler got here tonight...only took 17 days. I just finished the install and took it for a ride, sounds great! I'm glad I went with the 14" no drone even at highway speeds. Now lets see if it lasts a while, LOL.

I had mine installed by a muffler shop, they welded or at least tacked all of the connections. 40,000 miles and still sounds great!

Make sure you check it a few times before you are content with it. I ran mine for about 1500-1800 miles when my tailpipe and resonator disconnected from it, and fell off into the road. Tack wields would have prevented that.
