Default Quote from Line-X

Hi,
I just got a quote for a Line-X install in my '09 Ram w/ Ram Box. It's $425 for standard and $575 for Line-X Xtra(Black). Can someone please explain the differences? Is this pricing inline with what you've been paying?
Thanks,
Jim

No, I can't explain it, but I am seriously considering stealing your avatar...

yea that seems about right i have the xtra and i paid a little less than that because they were running a special 10% off.had mine done at first state linex in delaware also no sales tax i was the first rambox they did and they did an excellent job would definitely recommend i had the xtra done because i plan on keeping the truck for awhile.the xtra has kevlar mixed in with uv coating so it stays black and glossy.after time the standard will fade.so its basically cosmetic and personal preference

Does the spray in liner effect the operation of the bed partition? I want to get my ram box bed sprayed but I am concerned that it will be too thick and not allow the bed extender/partition to still fit in between the slots in the side of the bed.

This is exactly how it was explained to me. I paid $628 tax included. The salesman did some kind of discount or whatever to get me to upgrade to the Xtra and I bought it.

That sounds right for price. The Xtra is what I got, I was told it is a thicker coating and is guaranteed for life as opposed to 3 years for the basic price.

The price is about right. Just be sure to check out the line-x website and find dealers. check those dealer websites for special offers or price quotes. you may find one cheaper than the other. that is how i did it and saved $50. I got the line-x xtra also. good stuff and it looks great. the xtra give a little more toughness and protection.

$350 here if you bought or mentioned a local truck dealer. Normal is around $450

I've decided to go with the xtra. My quote is $575 minus 10% AAA discount. I have an appointment for next Saturday. Now I need to find something to do for 3 1/2 hours while they do it.
Then
If I ever get a reply from Julian @ Bakflip
That's next
