First, you changed the plugs 15,000 miles to late, and you used an after market plug. I am surprised they did it under warranty.
The manual specifically says 30,000 miles and copper plugs. Just for warranty sake, I will let them do the plugs in two years. I might be at 30,000 by then, maybe.

The 5.7 Hemi also uses a NGK Platinum. It is used in the Durango hybrid and one other Chrysler product. The part number will soon hit the part counters for 09/2010 trucks as well.As hot as these ignition systems are I find it hard to believe a plug fouled. The thread that I read on another forum that truck went in 3 times in two different dealers.3 times plug was fouled and replaced. Finally a tech got smart and realized it wasn't a plug issue but a coil pack or coil pack connector issue I forget which but that is what fixed it finally.Yours may be a plug issue but I'm skeptical.
