Are you running a relay harness? If not get yourself one. Should fix it.

That's probably your ballast your thinking of. All Chrysler vehicles require a error-corrector, which will stop the flickering, among on/off false readings. DDM sells them for $20, possibly less.

EDIT: Huh, was checking their website, and it actually states now that the new RAM is excluded from this device now, guess that's not going to help.

What i mean by a relay harness is a separate harness from your HID's that allows the ballasts to draw power directly from the battery instead of through your stock wiring which were meant for halogens.

they are flickering because they arent getting enough power. This could lead to the eventual failure of the ballasts.

you can make your own relay harness, or buy one for your vehicle just do a google search for hid ballast relay harness or something.

Yes, you need flicker cancellers... They are capacitors that go inline with the ballast and that will stop the flickering. I've got the DDM ones. I don't use a relay harness and mine have been good for 2 years now.

It states Ram is excluded, but since someone else has been using them, I "assume" they must not have any blow-out issues. I use these on my Charger, I was just caught off guard they are not to be used on the new Ram, as stated in their description.
