15 minutes to fuel up.
Just to update on my filling issue. Since the weather has warmed up considerably I have not had any problems filling up. Dealership tells me that they have had the same issues with other trucks that have a lot of snow and ice build up under them in very cold weather and that for sure it was the tank vent freezing. They did not know however why my cruise control decided to not work for a couple days then started working (cruise light would come on when set but wouldn't engage). Maybe like me it just needed a rest?????
Find a better dealership and have them look at it again.
Document everything as it happens when you find your truck acting up too. That will help you keep track of problems as they happen as well as when you were taking it into the dealer. Make sure they write up a work order too, that way you have proof in case you need to go to court (hope it dosent come to that, but ya never know) Its the written word that counts.
Saskatchewan, Canada. It was about -25 Celsius a couple weeks ago. I filled up about an hour into my highway trip. Drove another hour and a half, worked all day and drove the 2.5+ hours home. When I filled up when I got home I experienced the same slow fill. The pump at it's slowest speed would only put a few dollars worth in before clicking out and having to start over. I also tried moving the nozzle in all direction from side to side and in and out with no change. I always fill at this station when I am at home so I have probably bought at least $10,000 worth of fuel from this station for my Ram and probably at least $5,000 of that was at the same exact pump.
I took the truck into the heated shop at work and did my oil change. I topped off the tank the next day at the same pump just fine. I asked the attendant if anyone else complained about the pump clicking out and he said no.
I agree that something must have frozen up in the fuel neck somewhere since the problem went away after warming the truck up for a few hours.
Trucks been running fine so I assume there is no water in the fuel (09 Ram 1500 ST QC)

You have described exactly what I experienced, only thing different was mine didn't go into a heated shop. Here in Alberta we have chinooks, and once it warmed up outside mine was fine. Can't wait for the next cold spell to see if it does it again, send some of your cold Saskatchewan air to southern Alberta would you please. According to the stealership (and have they ever been wrong) it's not the filler neck, it's not water in the fuel, it's the tank vent freezing which causes this, something to look forward to the rest of the winter.

I`ve never heard of gas freezing unless it had moisture in it.
If your gas has ethanol in it, it will have moisture (enthanol blended fuel attracts moisture) (moisture in vent`s are freezing up the vents)
Another issue, dont use any gas line anti-freeze unless it is alcohol free, alcohol attracts moisture

You can have all the cold weather you want from us! I'm getting tired of it. It's finally warmed up to -10 here for the first time in weeks but it's going back down to a high of -20 (feels like -30 with the wind) tonight for the next while.
I've been through plenty of cold spells last winter and a few this winter and this is the first time it's given me any trouble fueling up.
