Default Favourite Low budget Mods?

I looked at the DIY section and found it was mostly people talking about oil changes and regular maintenance. And I was wondering, what are some of your favourite low budget mods, like removing Ram Logos, Adding HIDs. Things that can be done in an hour or two, and don't cost hundreds of dollars.

So far I'm adding HIDs, removed the RAM logo, and Tinted my front windows (myself cause its not legal here)

Most of these are pretty simple things I've added to my truck:
Reflex spray-in bed liner - $375 plus a half day in the shop.
Tonneau cover - $500 plus an hour of labor.
Nerf bars - $375 plus an hour of labor (plus a 6 pack to get an extra hand from the neighbor).
Front tow hooks - $125 plus an hour of labor.
Molded front and rear mud guards - $70 plus 1/2 hour of labor.
ITBM brake controller - $150 plus 3 or so hours labor.

Yes, some were a few hundred dollars but they serve a function I wanted.

You could tint and custom paint your tail lights. I did mine last spring on my Charger, and have a couple ideas for my '09 Ram next spring.

You could repaint you brake calipers also, rather then leaving them silver.

Cheap mod on the market could be the "Line-of-fire" LED strip that installs under the tailgate easily.

There are billet dress-up products, or chrome products you could install, ex. bug shield, gas fuel door...

Powder-coat your rims to color match your truck, or just black them out.

Several products out there to do a roll-on bedliner yourself.

Custom interior LED lights to replace the current bulbs.

Custom paint your engine cover

Custom paint your dash bezel around your stereo

If you can weld, then you can do your own exhaust fairly cheaply. Or you could just remove your resonators....
