So I bought the Mopar 2" leveling kit
Really depends on the dealer. The kit is about 200 dollars. My instal was a few hunded. They splitt install time with me since it was the first one they did and they had to spend extrat time looking everything over.
So far I've really lucked out. The dealership I bought my truck from has been all for doing the lift. They are going to let me do the install of the leveling kit in the front, the install of my spacers and air bags on the rear and then Im going to have them align it, and they will still warranty it. However, across town a different dealership was in disbelief that Mopar even carried such a part, was hesitant to even give me an install price/labor warranty, and would not cover any parts they were directly correlated with premature wear due to the spacer. So really it comes down to who you speak with/deal with. I've certainly been lucky because by allowing me to do the install saves me 2-300 dollars that can instead go towards some new tires.
Also in terms of tires guys: IS a 305/55/20E sound like a good size? I dont think I want the full blown 35 inch tires but this seems as tho what will be the best compromise. Am i wrong?

If you are looking for a E rated tire that tire would be fine, it is however 12 inches wide. It may not be the best for snow. If you want height like I did get a 275/65/20 usually this size is a LT rated tire and is 34 inches tall and the same width as stock. The size tire you showed is only about a quarter of an inch taller then the stock so you may not get the look you want. I will say this, my BFG' s that are supposed to be 34 inches tall when measured on the truck are between 33 and 33.5 depending on how you measure. Just keep in mind that what the computer shows may not be the actual size once on the truck. One last thing an E rated tire is going to ride 10 times better then a LT tire. If I could find a E rated 34 or 35 in an AT pattern I would go get it.

I kind of like the Nitto Terra Grapplers, E rated. However the 305/55/20 is 33inches tall, 12.6 inches wide. Then another interesting size is the 295/60/20, which is 33.9 inches tall, 11.6 inches wide, also E rated but Speed rating of only Q. Sounds like that is the best bang for my buck, get height, width, and E rated.

Now: 275/60/20 = 33x10.8/20
295/60/20 = 33.9x11.6/20
305/55/20 = 33.2x12/20
(Gross) 305/50/20 = 32x12/20

Running Hell Bent Steel 2.5 level kit-spacers are really only 1.375" but they claim gives about 2.5 lift?-put on myself-had truck aligned. Drives great-sets level-put Nitto Terra Grappler 275/65/20's on. 34" tires load range E. Got a set of firestone bags for the back if needed. Like the setup-no death wobble. You have to take apart some of front end parts to get spacers in and springs back in. Did not re-torque all bolts until had truck back on ground. I know a bunch of the Jeep guys have issues with death wobble that comes from bolts torqued wrong or bound up. Just a thought.

Question: Did you do a before and after measure to see what amount of lift you actually got?
We have both an 09 and 10 qc hemi . The 09 has aftermarket 20" Rims with the 18 offset but I got them last fall and only ran them for a month then put the stock 17s on with winterforce tires. The 2010 has not one mod done. Not even window vents. Stock 17s with winterforce tires and 21000 mi. BOTH TRUCKS SHUDDER IN 4WD. I don't think lift kits are doing this to you guys. Maybe its a weakness that is brought out faster but its happening to all rams. Not just lifted ones.

X2...I have talked with many technicians and other people, and the general consensus is that many of these trucks vibrate when they are stock under hard acceleration in 4wd. Supposedly its a more common thing, and is just accentuated more with the level kits. Many people who have stock trucks think that the shake is just wheel skip and dont even realize what it actually is. And really, if your in a situation where 4wd is needed on the road, who is going to be pulling hole shots off the line anyways?!?!
If your going 30 uphill in a wet slush road or light ice and the truck downshifts, it shakes enough that if you groan, it sounds like moaning into a running fan. It shudders. Leaving a red light at the same speed as the rest of traffic on a hill shudders. I'm not too concerned because I have a lifetime warr. But my wife doesn't. It's substandard and Chevy gmc Ford Nissan and Toyota can make a line of trucks that don't do it. Dodge should be able to also. Or at least fix it. It's just an annoyance to me. The truck works fine but my 01 had a smoother 4WD at 150k mi. Than my wifes 2010 with 21000.
