So I bought the Mopar 2" leveling kit
I love the honesty man. I know, I always do over analyze everything I do, it makes it super hard. I just hate the idea of having to add bigger tires the time I get all lifted ect. I just bought the tires I have for $1000 so I feel guilty replacing them. There no horrible, but they could be a size bigger after a lift and all. Let me think on the Daystar kit of yours, seeing I may still buy the Mopar kit once it arrives at the dealer next week. Thanks.
[quote=martinez189;2337487]Is your truck 4WD. I have an 09 CC 2WD and the dealer quoted my $600 for a 2.5" leveling kit. They had a couple of trucks on the lot with this lift on 33"X17" wheel set up and they looked great. The part number the dealer gave me is P5155387. Here is link to both trucks with this kit both 2WD.
I purchased a 2 inch leveling kit from Fat Bob's garage (off the internet). I have a 2008 2WD Big Horn. The kit came with the polyurathan spacers for the top of the coil springs and two Pro Comp (Pro Crap) shocks. The kit was over $200. The shocks were not exact matches and were no good in 2 months. I put the factory shocks back on and they were wasted in 6 months. The problem is that the rebound off a bump is going to reach the uptravel limit of the shock more, now that the spacer is extending the swing arm down. The lower shock mount needs to come with the pin installed. I did some research and found that the RAM 3500 2WD HD shocks are perfect matches and are 2 inches longer. I just installed them this week, so far so good. The truck looks great and rides sweet. If any of you are thinking about trying to put the spacers(for the 2WD) on, you WILL need airtools and a spring compressor.

Well I went ahead and purchased the Firestone air bags in speculation of needing them to keep the rear from being too sensitive from dipping below level with hauling. Depending on how the Mopar front level kit comes out, I may or may not add a rear spacer. I'd prefer not to have to, but if so oh well I'm ready for it.
Hey, I just saw this in another forum. Not sure I want to go this route but I wanted to share it with you.

YOu wouldn't need the Airbags anymore. However this would basically give you the factory rake again. That is why I am unsure if I want to go this way.
Im not sure. 2.25" rear lift seems a little too high. I would definitely need bigger tires if I bumped it up that high. I'm thinking maybe an extra inch in the rear with air bags is the way to go, is that something you can do? add a 1 inch spacer and airbags?

I would stay away from that lift. I know there was a couple of guys on here that had it and ended up taking it out. As for the leveling kit you have, I was worried about it to, I only wanted to do 1.5 because that is all I though it needed. After putting it on I am very happy with it. I to use the back of my truck a lot for "junk" and it never showed.
Here are a couple of pictures of mine after the lift with the BFG's

I'm alittle confused, do you have the Mopar Leveling Kit or a 1.5" Leveling kit? Love the pics. i have a white CC as well and i'd like to have the same stance you have.
